Cancellations

Cancel anytime before your next shipment ships. No phone call. No retention flow. Log into your account portal and cancel in one click. If your next order has already been processed and shipped we can't cancel it — but you can cancel before the one after that.

Returns

Because BRICQL is a consumable supplement we don't accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue with the product contact us at bricqlhelp@gmail.com and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Didn't like it?

If you subscribed, tried it and it's not for you — cancel before your second shipment and you pay nothing more. That's the offer. We stand behind it.

Wrong order or missing items?

Contact us within 3 days of your delivery date and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at bricqlhelp@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond within 24 hours and will resolve legitimate issues directly.
