Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of placement. Subscription renewals ship automatically on your billing date.
Delivery times
BRICQL ships globally from our fulfilment centers.

Shipping cost
Your first month — you pay $9.99 shipping. That's it. From Month 2 onward shipping is included in your subscription price. Free forever after that.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Customs & import duties
BRICQL ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't predict or control them — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window contact us at bricqlhelp@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
